Weston is a board-certified physician assistant with the NCCPA. He completed his training at the University of St. Francis in Albuquerque, NM with his Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies. He has been practicing since 2016 and has been with Pinon Perinatal since 2017.

Weston started his career working in psychiatry and family medicine, and continues to provide psychiatric services at a local psychiatric hospital in his free time. In general, psychiatric care for women during pregnancy is often difficult to find. Weston has been able to assist and provide insight into psychiatric illness and treatment in the pregnant population.

When Weston is not working he likes to spend his time with his wife and three boys. He enjoys woodworking, racquetball, hiking, and traveling. He was born and raised in Utah and moved to New Mexico in 2014 to start his physician assistant training. What he likes best about his job is helping families navigate the challenges that sometimes accompany child-birth and be a support and resource to new and seasoned parents.
